VC Academy Cancellation Policy

In order to design our courses most carefully, The Value Criterion incurs a number of unrecoverable costs associated with running our programs, including prior commitments to our staff. For this reason, should cancellation become necessary within one month of the official start of the program, we are only able to offer you an account credit. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent electronically to staff@valuecriterion.com. Requests for cancellation must be made prior to the close of registration for the program and prior to the official start of your program.
